Ryder Park

85 Morningside DriveOssining, NY 10562

Ryder Park has gotten a serious makeover! This playground is a part of a much larger recreation area with pickleball courts, baseball fields, pavilions, a dog park and more.

While it's always been a great little gem, the new play equipment is amazing! Accessible entry and a soft play surface, plus musical elements and an ADA approved sit and spin, even more children can enjoy this space.

There are two structures, one smaller one that is shaped like a ship and even has a mini-climbing wall. The other is larger, but not gravity defying. There's a seesaw that can fit multiple kiddos, tic tac toe, counters for pretend play, and a bet to climb across.

The old swings with buckets and big kid ones are still there, as is the Gaga pit. Free parking, bathrooms are a short walk.

Don't miss this one! It may be our new favorite for absolute ease of use. I am curious how the fencing will go. Right now there's a split rail wooden one, and also some construction fencing.

Crossing fingers for full enclosure and I didn't specifically scope out the shade situation.
