Pros:
✨Small, manageable space
✨Swings
✨New climbing structure with several ways to get up like stairs and ladders + multiple slides
✨Away from the road, not exactly fully enclosed, but it is sunken which creates a natural barrier
✨Easy parking
✨Tree shaded play area and canopy shaded picnic table area
✨There is a port-o-potty (pro or con, I can't say for sure... 🤗 Pro. It's a pro! Better than nothing!)
Considerations:
✨Better suited for the littles
✨Not within walking or super quick drive to other things, would need to pack them back in for lunch/coffee/library etc
✨No adaptive features
✨Traffic sounds from Taconic in the back
