Mamaroneck, NY – January 5th, 2026 – Pet owners in Westchester and the surrounding area now have unprecedented access to 24-hour, top-tier veterinary care. Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center (VSEC), founded and led by Samuel Dicker DVM, DACVECC, is opening its doors in Mamaroneck, New York on March 2nd, 2026. With its highly qualified team of board-certified specialists and emergency veterinarians, VSEC provides round-the-clock care to pets and their families in Westchester and the broader tri-state area. Dr. Samuel Dicker, founder and medical director at VSEC, is a board-certified specialist in Emergency and Critical Care. He is a graduate of Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and has over 10 years of clinical expertise.
